I got this product some 3 weeks before and as soon as i received the product i was shocked to see that my 4.8 V cordless screwdriver was not working....then I call the Support center and they send me replacement with in a weeks time...after that things are smooth and i am being using this extensively as i have recently moved in to a home....this is good product for its price.

The hand tools included in the kit are decent enough, but the cordless drill is a joke, not enough torque to do even the most simple household tasks. Save your money, buy a similar array of hand tools and manual screwdriver and save yourself a headache.
